I am dedicated to the wellness and wholeness of every woman who crosses my path. One of the greatest gifts we give ourselves and those we love is the beauty of our own wholeness. I am honored to be on this sacred and transformational journey with you. I am anointed in the gift of intuitive healing as well as the gifts of knowledge and wisdom. I am here to support you do on the inner work of your soul so your outer world will transform.

As a Transformational Life Coach, Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional and Psychotherapist, I am uniquely qualified and gifted to guide you through this journey. I utilize the tools that I teach to transcend anxiety, self doubt, unhealthy patterns and more. I am passionate about infusing psychology, spirituality and science to guide transformative growth experiences.  Through my own personal journey and over a decade of experiences supporting women, I have a crafted view and approach to creating greater fulfillment that has not only changed the trajectory of my life but soon, it will do the same for yours!

How much does it cost?

The investment for this event is $199 (early bird pricing $159 through 04/14). I know investing in yourself can bring up some thoughts and emotions. For a moment though, I want you to think about how much it is costing you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to be out of balance. The strategies, tools and resources alone are worth the cost of the experience and will be instrumental when you return home. 

How do I know it's for me?

What if I have never eaten plant-based foods?

Not a problem! Don't fret as the food will be delicious and supportive for your system. You'll even learn about how your eating habits impact your overall well-being.

What if it becomes difficult to be in silence?

Great question! Being in silence can be a little overwhelming as you begin this practice. Just so you know I will be doing some talking at times (so you will have something to listen to) and I will be available for those that need some support. You can schedule a time to talk during the event if needed.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key! You are welcome to wear clothing that feels comfortable and you would not mind taking pictures in.

We will be at the beautiful and peaceful farmlands of Serenbe. Once you register, you will receive more details about this property.
