Meet Natolie.

I am dedicated to the wellness and wholeness of every woman who crosses my path. As a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Mindfulness Practioner, Retreat Host and Psychotherapist based in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA helping women come into alignment with their highest selves and live more meaningful lives of purpose.

I support women transcend anxiety, self-doubt, unhealthy relationship patterns, and physical and emotional pain. She is passionate about infusing psychology, spirituality and science to guide transformative growth experiences.

My mission is to connect people to their breath, their heart and each other. I would love to share this beautiful gift with you. I am honored to be on this sacred and transformational journey with you.

Where is the event held?

This breathwork session is a virtual event on the selected dates at 9-10 am est (new time for February). You will receive the Zoom link once you have registered. Make sure you have a quiet and uninterrupted space to do your breathing session. Be sure to silence your devices and let others know that you will be unavailable during this time.

How do I prepare?

Please don't eat an hour before the session.  You can bring a journal and a bottle of water to the session. If you don't have any of these items, no need to worry. You can still participate.
